RECIPES
MON-YÉ MARTINI
• 2 1/2 OUNCES MON-YÉ VODKA
• 1/2 OUNCE DRY VERMOUTH
• 1 DASH ORANGE BITTERS
• GARNISH WITH LEMON TWIST
Pour MON-YÉ vodka, dry vermouth and orange bitters into a mixing glass.
Fill the glass with ice cubes and stir gently.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with lemon twist.
MON-YÉ MULE
• 2 OUNCES MON-YÉ VODKA
• 4 OUNCES GINGER BEER
• 3/4 OUNCES LIME JUICE
• ICE
• GARNISH WITH LIME WEDGE
Mix MON-YÉ vodka and lime juice in a copper mug.
Fill with ice and then top with ginger beer.
Garnish with a lime wedge.
MON-YÉ MOJITO
• 1 1/2 OUNCES MON-YÉ VODKA
• 1/2 LIME, CUT INTO 4 WEDGES
• 2 TABLESPOONS WHITE SUGAR
• ICE CUBES
• 7 MINT SPRIGS
• 1/2 CUP CLUB SODA
Place 6 mint leaves and 1 lime wedge into a sturdy glass. Use muddler and crush to release mint oils and lime juice.
Add 3 lime wedges and sugar and muddle again to release lime juice.
Fill glass almost to the top with ice.
Pour in MON-YÉ vodka and fill the glass with club soda.
Stir lightly.
Garnish with sprig of mint leaves and lime wedge.
MON-YÉ RUSSIAN
• 2 OUNCES MON-YÉ VODKA
• 1 OUNCE COFFEE LIQUEUR
• 1 OUNCE HEAVY CREAM
Mix MON-YÉ vodka and coffee liqueur in an old fashioned glass.
Fill the glass with ice.
Top with heavy cream.
MON-YÉ LEMONADE
• 1 1/2 OUNCES MON-YÉ VODKA
• 4 OUNCES LEMONADE
• 1 OUNCE PINEAPPLE JUICE
• 1 OUNCE GINGER ALE
• ICE
• GARNISH WITH LEMON WEDGE
Pour MON-YÉ vodka, lemonade, pineapple juice, and ginger ale into a mixing glass.
Stir to mix well.
Serve over ice and garnish with lemon wedge.
MON-YÉ CHI CHI
• 2 OUNCES MON-YÉ VODKA
• 4 OUNCES PINEAPPLE JUICE
• 1 OUNCE CREAM OF COCONUT
• ICE
• GARNISH WITH PINEAPPLE WEDGE
Add MON-YÉ vodka, pineapple juice, cream of coconut into a shaker and shake vigorously with ice.
Pour into a glass with ice cubes.
Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
